PNB arrests suspect with heroin worth Rs 2.4 million at Welikada

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Officials attached to the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) have arrested a close associate of the notorious drug dealer Lasantha alias “Lasa” with more than 200 grams of heroin valued at around Rs. 2.4 million at Welikada.
