(UTV|COLOMBO) – A Development Officer attached to the Dodamgoda Divisional Secretariat was hacked to death by an unidentified group of men at an apartment at Yala Junction in Anguruwatota early this morning (16).
The victim, 35-year-old Upul Ranjith succumbed to his injuries at the Horana Hospital.
