Two arrested with foreign currencies at Colombo Airport

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Two Sri Lankans who attempted to smuggle a stock of foreign currency, 10,800 Sterling Pounds, 16,650 Euros and 22,000 Saudi Riyals worth 6.4 million Rupees to Singapore have been arrested at the Bandaranaike International Airport.

The suspects aged 33 and 61 are residents of Gampaha.
