(UTV|COLOMBO) – The National Transport Commission (NTC) has decided to cancel the semi-luxury bus service from December due to numerous complaints received with regards to the service continually.
According to the NTC, many complaints claimed that semi-luxury bus operators often load passengers beyond the seating limit despite the extra charge on the ticket.
