(UTV|COLOMBO) – Homagama Magistrate’s Court on Thursday (24) found Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero guilty for threatening Sandhya Ekneligoda, wife of missing journalist Pradeep Ekneligoda within the Homagama Magistrate’s Court premises on 25 January, 2016.
Accordingly, Homagama Magistrate Udesh Ranatunga ordered to obtain the fingerprints of the Thera.
Homagama Police filed this case against Ven. Gnanasara Thero charging him with criminal harassment and intimidation under the Penal Code.
