(UTV|COLOMBO) – Railway services on the Colombo – Puttalam Line from Colombo have been restricted to Lunuwila as railway tracks are currently submerged due to overflowing of the Hamilton Canal at Thummodara, the Railway Control Room said on Tuesday (22).
