(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – A youth who went to see the Haputale – Bambarakanda Waterfall has died by falling from it.
The youth was a resident from Homagama who has come on a trip, Haputale police revealed.
The body of the youth is stuck in the lower section of the waterfall and police together with residents of the area have begun an operation to remove the body.
