(UTV|COLOMBO) – “Sirikotha”, the United National Party (UNP) Headquarters will be divided to three main divisions in keeping with the proposed party reforms in-order to ensure efficiency.
Accordingly, the functions of the UNP Headquarters will be divided as communication and promotional activities, operations of the main office, and the recruitment and promotion on grassroots levels.
In addition, three Secretaries will be appointed as the General Secretary, the National Organiser, and the Propaganda Secretary.
The UNP issuing a statement said the new Secretaries will be vested with powers each division.
