SLFP Ministers to boycott Cabinet meeting today

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Central Committee on Monday (09) decided to boycott the Cabinet meeting which is scheduled to be held today (10).

The decision was taken during the SLFP Central Committee meeting chaired by President Maithripala Sirisena at President’s Official Residence to discuss about the sixteen SLFP Ministers, Deputy Ministers and State Ministers who had voted in favour of the No-Confidence Motion against the Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe in Parliament on 04 April.

The Central Committee also decided to meet once again on Wednesday (11) for further discussions.
