Deputy Speaker complains to Speaker over Minister Navin’s behaviour following No-Confidence Vote

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Deputy Speaker on Thursday (05) complained to the Speaker that Minister Navin Dissanayake had threatened him following the No-Confidence Vote against Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe in Parliament.

The Deputy Speaker and Chairman of Committees, Thilanga Sumathipala, in his letter to Speaker Karu Jayasuriya requested to hold an inquiry into the incident and take disciplinary measures accordingly.
