GCE O/L 2017 Examination results released

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Examinations Department on Wednesday (28) announced that the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination results – 2017 had been released and could be viewed and downloaded from its website http://www.doenets.lk

Accordingly six students have secured joint places as first island-wide, while nine students also jointly share second place.

Accordingly the first place is shared among S. M. Kasuni Senavirathne and A. Chamodi Subasinghe of Rathnavali Balika Maha Vidyalaya – Gampaha, Navodya Ranasinghe of Girls’ High School – Kandy, Limasha Wimalaweera of Mahamaya Balika Vidyalaya – Kandy, M. P. Randi Lakpriya of Sujatha Vidyalaya – Matara and A. M. A. Kavisha Prabhath of Sivali Central College – Ratnapura.

The students who were jointly place as second are H. M. G. Nipuni Herath of Devi Balika Vidyalaya, Colombo 08, Anisha Fernando of C. M. S Balika Vidyalaya Colombo 07, Risini Kumarasinghe of Samudradevi Balika Vidyalaya, Nugegoda, M. Kavin Siriwardana of St. Joseph’s College Colombo 10, W. M. Thimantha Wickramasinghe of Bandaranaike Vidyalaya, Gampaha, Senuri Mallikarachchi of Mahinda Rajapaksa Vidyalaya, Homagama, Miruthi Sureshkumar of Vembadi Girls’ High School, Jaffna, R. M. Nisansa Kasundi Gokarella of Hillwood College, Kandy and P. N. Amandi Jayasuriya of Sujatha Vidyalaya, Matara.
