(UTV|COLOMBO) – The second Cabinet reshuffle of the Unity Government is likely to take place today (23).Minister Malik Samarawickrama has stated to media that the Government hopes to have a Cabinet reshuffle today after discussion between President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.
It is reported that the two leaders met Thursday (22) to discuss the Cabinet reshuffle.
The reshuffle is to take place according to an agreement entered into between the two parties in the Unity Government – the United National Party (UNP) and the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP).
