A few showers may occur in Batticaloa, Hambantota and Ampara Districts during the morning.
Fairly heavy falls (About 75mm) can be expected at some places in the Ratnapura and Galle Districts.
Fairly strong gusty winds (Up to 40 kmph) can be expected in the coastal areas from Mannar to Colombo.
