(UTV|COLOMBO) – Due to an atmospheric disturbance over vicinity of Sri Lanka, showery and cloudy condition is expected over the island.
Showers or thundershower will occur at most provinces of the island.
Fairly heavy falls (About 100mm) can be expected at some places particularly in Eastern and Uva Provinces and in Matale and Polonnaruwa Districts.
Fairly strong gusty winds (Up to 40 kmph) can be expected in the northern half of the island and in Mathara and Hambanthota Districts.
