“Use Local Government Elections to strengthen the community” – Minister Bathiudeen

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Forthcoming Local Government Elections should be used as an opportunity to unite the Muslim community, the Leader of the All Ceylon Makkall Congress (ACMC), Minister Rishad Bathiudeen said.

Minister Bathiudeen, addressing a massive election rally held at Kattankudy Urban Council premises, said that ACMC will register an overwhelming victory by majority votes at the Local Government Elections to be held on 10 February.

The event was organised to confirm the victories of candidates who are contesting under ACMC for the Local Government Elections.

The Minister was greeted by a large crowd and received a strong support from locals in the area.
