National Policy on General Education presented to President

(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The National Policy on General Education which proposes necessary reforms in the sector was handed over to President Maithripala Sirisena today (27th Friday).

President’s Media Unit stated that the new reforms have been proposed following a study completed by the national Education Commission and the National Education Institute.

Having received the policy papers, President Maithripala stated that policies on practical in addition to teaching school syllabus.
