(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The appeal against the judgment of murder trial of slain Tamil National Alliance (TNA) Parliamentarian (MP) Nadarajah Raviraj was re-instated today (24th Tuesday) by the Court of Appeals (CoA) bench having previously dismissed it.
The decision was made after considering submissions made by late MP’s counsel M.A. Sumanthiran.
