(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Veteran musician Somapala Rathnayake passed away early this morning (18) at the age-of-69.
He was the elder brother of veteran singer Victor Rathnayake.
Mr. Rathnayake was the Music Director for several movies including, ‘Selamuthupinna’, ‘Duwana Muwan’ and the melody composer of many famous songs including ‘Bilidune Daruwane’.
