(UDHAYAM, BERLIN) – The Global Forum for Food and Agriculture begins today (20th Friday). The forum is being conducted in parallel to the International Green Week which will continue until the 29th of January in Berlin, Germany.
State Minister of Agriculture Wasantha Aluwihare will represent Sri Lanka at the forum. The primary focus of the forum this year will be the global measures which should be taken over the use of water for agriculture.
The forum is being conducted in correlation with the Berlin Agriculture Minister’s Summit.
