(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The Court of Appeal today (01) rejected a petition filed against the Central Bank (CB) of Sri Lanka by Perpetual Treasuries.
The Central Bank had in February decided to curtail certain activities of Perpetual Treasuries headed by Arjun Aloysius over the treasury bond allegations.
Perpetual Treasuries challenged the decision in Court.
