Sri Lanka Naval ships inspected by the President of Singapore

(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The two Sri Lanka Navy ships, SLNS ‘Sagara’ and ‘Nandimithra’ which are currently berthed at the Port of Changi, were inspected by the President of Singapore Tony Tan, on Monday (15). The ships are in Singapore to take part in the International Maritime Defence Exhibition.

This fleet inspection took place during an official ceremony held to mark the 50th anniversary of the Republic of Singapore Navy. The ships’ crew including the Commanding Officers snapped their salute to the Singaporean President on the occasion.
