Extradition Law to be debated in Parliament today

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Parliament is scheduled to convene at 9.30am today.

Members of Parliament are scheduled to debate the Order under the Extradition Law, No. 8 of 1977 published under the Gazette Extraordinary No. 2282/19 during this morning’s session.

Thereafter, the debate on the Amendments to the Standing Orders of the Parliament will take place.

Meanwhile, tomorrow, the debate on the 22nd Constitutional Amendment Bill is scheduled to be held in Parliament.

The debate on the 22nd Constitutional Amendment Bill will continue on Friday as well.
