Flight attendant finds severed snake head in airline meal

(UTV | TURKEY) – A flight attendant from an airline with operations in Turkey was startled after finding a severed snake head in her meal.

The incident reportedly happened on a Sun Express flight from Ankara in Turkey to Düsseldorf in Germany on July 21.

A member of the cabin staff reported that as they were having their crew lunch, they discovered a little snake’s head hidden among the potatoes and veggies.

The head of the reptile is shown in a video posted on Twitter lying in the center of the meal tray.

The airline’s agreement with the questioned food supplier has since been suspended and an investigation has also been started.

The airline told that it was “our top priority” to ensure that the services we offer to our guests on our aircraft are of the highest calibre and that both our guests and employees have a comfortable and safe flight experience.

However, the catering company that supplied the meal has vehemently denied that it could have originated from their facilities.
