(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The Government Medical Officers’ Association (GMOA) stated that it would launch a major Trade Union action on Friday (05) with the backing of 160 State Sector Trade Unions including those of teachers, nurses and transport services.
The GMOA said the Trade Union action would be a protest against the Government’s double standards on the South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine (SAITM) issue.
