(UTV | COLOMBO) – The cast has been set for the second season of Neil Gaiman fantasy series “Good Omens”.
The cast has been set for the second season of Neil Gaiman fantasy series “Good Omens” currently in production in Scotland.
Michael Sheen and David Tennant reprise their roles of Aziraphale and Crowley as expected, and are joined by multiple returnees including Derek Jacobi as Metatron, Mark Gatiss, Steve Pemberton, Reece Shearsmith and Niamh Walsh.
They’re joined this time out by Jacobi’s famed “I, Claudius” co-star Dame Sian Phillips along with Tim Downie, Pete Firman, Andi Osho and Alex Norton.
Other already confirmed cast includes Jon Hamm, Miranda Richardson, Maggie Service, Nina Sosanya, Doon Mackichan, Gloria Obianyo, Liz Carr, Quelin Sepulveda, and Shelley Conn. Two notable names who won’t be back are Benedict Cumberbatch and Frances McDormand.
Gaiman continues as executive producer and is co-showrunning along with executive producer Douglas Mackinnon who has returned to direct.
