President declares open the second session of the ninth Parliament [VIDEO]

(UTV | COLOMBO) – President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has ceremonially declared opened the second session of the ninth Parliament.

President Rajapaksa declared open the session by delivering the policy statement of the government from the chair at 10am.
