Approval granted for several private companies to import chemical fertilizers

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Director of the Fertilizer Secretariat, Chandana Lokuhewage, stated that approval has been granted to several companies that had applied for the importation of chemical fertilizers including urea. However, farmers allege that they continue to suffer without chemical fertilizers.
