Former Governor Azath Salley acquitted

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Former Governor of the Western Province and the leader of the National Unity Front Azath Salley, has been acquitted by the Colombo High Court today over the alleged controversial comments he made at a media briefing in March.

He was arrested by the CID on the 16th of March over a controversial statement he made.
