Unions declare today as the ‘National Protest Day’

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Teachers and Principals Trade Union Alliance has decided to declare today as a day of national protest demanding a solution to the teacher-principal salary issue and other problems in the country.

Addressing a media briefing the General Secretary of the Ceylon Teachers’ Service Union Mahinda Jayasinghe stated that the protest will be held in front of every Education Zonal Office.
