Dhaka intellectuals cheer after overcoming COVID pandemic

(UTV | BANGLADESH) – Pulse has returned to the heart of the National Academy of Fine and Dramatic Arts in the Bengali capital ‘Dhaka’ after more than 18 months of lockdown due to COVID Pandemic.

The Academy was established in 1974 by Parliamentary law, it’s also considered an important center for organizing workshops, seminars and meetings, and short-term specialized training courses, in addition to providing scholarships and financial support for talented artists, and organizing competitions in various fields of fine and performing arts.

Following the opening decision, artists expressed their joy and satisfaction for resuming their work at the academy, especially with the return of “Ganga Jamuna Cultural Festival 2021”.
