SL receives another batch of Pfizer vaccines

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Another batch of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines has arrived in Sri Lanka this morning (October 19).

The consignment was first transported from Amsterdam to Doha in a special flight chartered by Qatar Airways.

The flight carrying 608,000 vaccine doses later touched down at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake at around 2.15 a.m.
