(UTV | COLOMBO) – Another 475 persons who contracted the novel coronavirus have recovered and have been discharged from hospitals, raising the number of recoveries to 478,326.
The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said accordingly, 30,534 persons are currently receiving treatment for coronavirus at several facilities across the country.
The number of COVID-19 cases confirmed in Sri Lanka remains at 522,002 following the detection of 784 patients yesterday.
Sri Lanka’s coronavirus death toll is currently at 13,142.
