(UTV | COLOMBO) – 186 individuals have been arrested during the past 24-hours on charges of violating quarantine regulations.
Police said 79,723 individuals have been arrested thus far since the 30th of October over violating quarantine laws.
Meanwhile, 10 vehicles were also seized by Police yesterday.
1,170 individuals who were entering and exiting the Western Province were subject to inspections during the past 24-hours.
276 persons who attempted to travel through in violation of quarantine regulations were turned back.
