Lockdown leaves psychological repercussions on citizens in Mongolia

(UTV | MONGOLIA) – During the past year, Mongolia imposed strict restrictions due to the outbreak of Covid several times, thus, it is estimated that one in four to five people experienced a psychological problem during the lockdown.

According to the psychologist, М.Ariunbold, a person infected with Covid feels isolated, lonely, and bored.

According to a survey conducted by SMC, 20-23% of those who experienced problems such as depression and insomnia were women who were more likely to be stressed during the lockdown.
