Taliban restricts media and press hiding who they are – Observers

(UTV | AFGHANISTAN) – Observers on Afghan affairs said “Taliban’s bad reputation is still hunting them in Afghanistan, for the fault actions they committed against civilians, particularly, when the movement’s members recently attacked women during a demonstration to demand their rights in Kabul, which portends of a return to the previous epoch under the practices of the unjust Taliban regime” as they described it.

Observers believe that the press and camera lenses are the only things capable of revealing the true face of Taliban movement to the whole world. Journalists in Afghanistan are concerned that the restrictions of Taliban may deal a blow to press freedom and the future of their work in the country.
