(UTV | COLOMBO) – State Minister Lasantha Alagiyawanna stated that from Monday (23) onwards, there will not be a gas shortage in the market.
He stated the above while speaking to the media after joining an observation tour of Litro and Laugfs Gas.
Litro is currently selling gas at the previous price and Laugfs has started releasing gas to the market from 20 August under the new and increased price.
The Minister of State who inspected the two gas companies stated that after studying the quantities of gas cylinders stored in those companies, gas would be available without any shortage from Monday.
