Keheliya Rambukwella named as the new Health Minister

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Former Minister of Mass Media Keheliya Rambukwella has been appointed as the new Minister of Health during today’s Cabinet re-shuffle.

New Ministers were sworn-in before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat this morning.

Meanwhile, former Health Minister Pavithra Devi Wanniarachchi has been sworn-in as the Minister of Transport.

GL Peiris has been named the new Foreign Minister while Dinesh Gunawardena has taken oaths as the Minister of Education.

Dullas Alahapperuma has been sworn-in as the new Minister of Mass Media while Gamini Lokuge has been appointed as the Minister of Power.

The President’s Media Division said Namal Rajapaksa has been appointed as the Minister of Development Coordination and Supervision in addition to the Sports and Youth Affairs portfolio.
