While principal photography on Taika Waititi’s “Thor: Love and Thunder” was officially wrapped in Sydney back in June, Marvel Studios has apparently already gotten to work on some additional shooting.
That’s completely in line with past Marvel films which go through the same process during their shoots. How long this additional filming will take place is not clear, but production has shifted and is now underway in Malibu, California.
New behind-the-scenes photos from this shoot have popped up in The Daily Mail and offer a first look at Christian Bale as Gorr the God Butcher in costume.
The Oscar-winner actor was seen decked head to toe in grey/silver with a flowing robe and full-face prosthetic. He Joins Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson and the rest of the gang in the film which opens May 6th 2022.
