(UTV | COLOMBO) – Former Governor of the Western Province Azath Salley had been admitted to the National Hospital in Colombo after suffering a heart attack today (19).
The Leader of the National Unity Front (NUF) had been detained for questioning since March after being arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
He was detained to be questioned under the provisions of the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA).
