(UTV | COLOMBO) – Twenty Grama Niladhari (GN) divisions and one area in Ratnapura District and an estate in Nuwara-Eliya District were isolated with immediate effect, said the Army Commander General Shavendra Silva.
Following areas were isolated until further notice:
1. Ratnapura District
Rakwana police area- Dolekanda, Rambuka, Kathlana, Thanabela, Ilubakanda and Pothupitiya South
Kalawana police area – Panapola, Kudupitiya, Kudaha, Delgoda East, Delgoda West, Dawgalagama, Dandagamuwa, Koswatta, Tapassarakanda, Wathurawa, Wembiyagoda, Veddagala East, Weddagala West, Davugalagama and Both sides of the main road from the main city in Kalawana West GN division to Dolahena Junction.
2. Nuwara-Eliya District
Lindula police area – St. Coombs Estate
