(UTVNEWS | COLOMBO) – “Mad Men and “Angel” alum Vincent Kartheiser has joined the cast of the third season of “Titans” for HBO Max.
Kartheiser is set to take on famed Batman villain Jonathan Crane, a.k.a. The Scarecrow. In this version, Crane is an inmate at Arkham Asylum who used to terrorize Gotham City with toxins to exploit his enemies’ phobias. Now he’s a profiler and consultant for the GCPD.
The character has popped up numerous times in recent years with Cillian Murphy taking on the role in “Batman Begins,” Charlie Tahan and David W. Thompson in “Gotham,” voiced by Henry Polic II and Jeffrey Combs in the animated “Batman” series, and by John Noble in the game “Batman: Arkham Knight”.
Kartheiser joins a cast that includes Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter and Conor Leslie.
