Parliament observes a minute silence for victims of Easter attacks

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Parliament today (21) observed 1-minute silence for the victims of the Easter attacks.

The 1-minute silence was observed following a special statement made by Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa in Parliament.

Governing Parliamentarians wore black armbands in Parliament today while most Opposition Parliamentarians were dressed in black.
