Fifteen-year-old drowns while bathing in Aberdeen Falls

(UTV | COLOMBO) – A 15-year-old youth drowned while visiting the Aberdeen Falls in Ginigathhena.

The deceased was identified as a child residing at Nelson Place, Wellawatte.

He had been bathing in the Aberdeen Falls with a group of people including his family members when he drowned in an attempt to take a photograph.
