Court orders Parliament to refrain from acting on Ranjan’s Parliament seat

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Court of Appeal has instructed the Secretary General of Parliament to refrain from taking action with regard to imprisoned Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake’s Parliament seat.

The Court informed the Parliament Secretary General to refrain from acting on Ramanayake’s Parliament seat until 12 February.
