Random Rapid Antigen Tests in Western Province

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Random Rapid Antigen Tests to be conducted at public places in the Western Province from today (25).

Police Spokesperson, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Ajith Rohana said the special operation was re-launched to contain the spread of the COVID-19.

Accordingly, random Rapid Antigen Tests will be conducted at fish and vegetable stalls, economic centres and weekly public markets in Colombo.

DIG Rohana added passengers travelling in long-distance buses leaving from Colombo will also be subjected to random Rapid Antigen Tests.
