Julianna Margulies has joined the cast of the second season of “The Morning Show” on Apple TV+ in a recurring role.
The former “The Good Wife” and “ER” star and three-time Emmy winner will play Laura Peterson, a news anchor at the fictional UBA network. She will reportedly appear in the majority of episodes.
She marks the fourth new cast member to come aboard for season two following regulars Greta Lee and Ruairi O’Connor and guest star Hasan Minhaj.
Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Steve Carell, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Bel Powley, Karen Pittman and Desean Terry are all set to return with production currently underway.
