Another 217 inmates to be released from quarantine

UTV | COLOMBO – The Sri Lanka Army says another 271 persons who successfully underwent and completed quarantine procedures, will be released to return to their homes today.

The National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak stated the relevant individuals were undergoing isolation measures at six separate quarantine facilities.

The total number of persons who have thus far undergone quarantine measures now stands at 28,540.

Meanwhile another 2,100 persons remain as inmates at Tri-Forces run isolation facilities at present.
