Rishad Bathiudeen grilled by CID for 5 hours

UTV | COLOMBO – Former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen recorded a 5-hour long statement with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) today (27).

This was regarding the 2019 Easter Sunday bombings, reportedly.

Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake recently ordered the former Minister to record a statement with the CID.

Accordingly, he arrived at the CID branch at the Iratperiyakulam Police in Vavuniya at 9 am this morning.
