UTV | COLOMBO – Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne has been appointed as the new Commander of Sri Lanka Navy.
The appointment was made by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa to fill the position vacated by the outgoing Navy Chief Admiral Piyal de Silva.
