UTV | COLOMBO – Two individuals have been arrested while in the possession of heroin, at Angoda, stated the Police Media Division.
The arrestees have been identified as close associates of the underworld figures ‘Angoda Lokka’ and ‘Pethiyagoda Sanka’.
